Training Program
Training purpose: developments of required competencies for effective public speaking and formation of trainer’s practical skills. The course is designed to ensure that all participants will be able to apply the knowledge they gain during the training. Ratio of theory to practice: 20% and 80%. The following methods are used during the training: mini-presentations; role playing games; case studies; heuristic discussions; working in pairs and in groups; psychological diagnosis; workouts, energizers; and viewing video clips with subsequent analysis and discussion.
