Aims: Obtain knowledge and skills to understand, prevent, manage and settle conflict situations and control over emotional state.
Targets:
• To form knowledge system about conflicts and opportunities to work with them (prevention, neutralization, way outs from difficult situations)
• Learn and practice key techniques for prevention and settlement of conflict situations (interaction with line personnel, “director - subordinate”, in family and life)
• Elaborate basic principals for regulation and stabilization of emotional condition (both personal and opponent’s)
Planning results for the participants:
• Ways of analysis, prevention, management and settlement of conflict situations.
• Train principals for the change of personal emotional conditions and emotional condition of the opponent.
• Create behavior algorithms for common difficult situations.
