At the end of course the participants can:
- Explain the significance of a secretary duties for effective work of a company;
- Explain the significance of a business etiquette for work of a company;
- Explain the significance of the concrete telephone call and its influence on quality of work and relationship in the company
- Demonstrate skills of strategy planning, organization of business meetings, organization moments of presentations
- Develop extra communicative skills for business communication;
- Demonstrate the attainment of record keeping rules.
This course is required for secretaries, reception staff and personal assistants.
