Methodology:
The training is based on an interactive methodology that will actively involve participants in the learning process. The course is designed to ensure that all participants will be able to apply the knowledge they gain during the training. Ratio of theory to practice: 20% and 80%.
The following methods are used during the training: mini-presentations; role playing games; case studies; heuristic discussions; working in pairs and in groups; psychological diagnosis; workouts, energizers; and viewing video clips with subsequent analysis and discussion.
